Iliana Berkowitz is a first generation baker from the Bay Area. She has cultivated a passionate following for her brand As Kneaded Bakery through a subscription service and pop-ups throughout the Bay, eventually leading to opening up doors to her own brick and mortar in San Leandro, CA in November of 2018. She talked to Anson and Chris about her early experimentation in the kitchen, which helped to set her up for success when she first entered the world of commercial baking.
