Casey Topalian is the co-founder Pennyweight Craft Brewing, set to open doors in late 2019. He and his partner Chris Guy have made it their mission to bring a world class brew pub to Livermore California, and deliver its patrons flavors of their locale, using a quality, locally sourced ingredients and decor. Casey told Anson and Chris about the birth of Pennyweight craft brewing, and how they approach their brewing process. He talked about his early influences in brewing, and how the community of Livermore has supported them and help to realize their vision. Oh and they might have sampled some of their delicious barrel aged sour beers in the process.
