الحلقة 14 من بودكاست قهوة مع عبدالله في هذه الحلقة نستضيف يزن المسافر — الرئيس التنفيذي للعمليات في شركة عنصر.أحد الأسماء العمانية البارزة في مجال التقنية والهاردوير.رحلته بدأت بتخصص “الميكاترونكس”، لكن لم تكن البداية سهلة… ففصله من الجامعة كان نقطة التحول التي أعادت تشكيل أهدافه بالكامل.عاد للدراسة بعزيمة مختلفة، وتخرج عام 2016 الأول على دفعته.من مقاعد الدراسة إلى عالم ريادة الأعمال، أسّس يزن مع شريكه معاذ شركة عنصر عام 2014، واضعين هدفًا بأن تكون “العنصر العماني” في مجال التقنية.مرت الشركة بمحاولات وتجارب كثيرة، بعضها فشل، وبعضها كان خطوة نحو ما هو أكبر.وفي 2017، غيّر الفريق مسار الشركة نحو تصميم منتجات تقنية — بداية التحول الحقيقي.انطلقت عنصر من مركز ساس عام 2019، ومع التمويل الأول بقيمة 20 ألف ريال، توسعت الفكرة إلى مشاريع أكبر، من تصميم اللابتوب التعليمي العماني، إلى تدريب وتأهيل الشباب العماني في مجال الإلكترونيات.من 3 أشخاص إلى أكثر من 60 موظف عماني… ومن حلم صغير إلى بيع أكثر من 100 ألف جهاز .ولأن الطموح لا يتوقف، يشاركنا يزن أيضًا تجربة دراسته للماجستير التي قادته لتطوير أول نظارة في العالم تتنبأ بنوبات الصرع قبل حدوثها.حلقة ملهمة عن الإصرار، والابتكار، والتمسك بالهدف رغم التحديات.استمع الآن على جميع المنصات 🎙️#قهوة_مع_عبدالله #عنصر #ريادة_الأعمال #قصة_نجاح #بودكاست_عمان
