青铜纵目面具，面具宽1.38米，高0.645米，重达71.1公斤。在1986年出土于四川省广汉市的三星堆遗址。该面具双眼瞳孔呈柱状，凸出16厘米，双耳向两侧充分伸展，俗称为“千里眼、顺风耳”，短鼻梁，口缝深长上扬，似作神秘微笑状，这件青铜纵目面具神秘静穆，威严正大，传达出永恒的精神力量，给人以强烈的威慑感。现收藏于广汉三星堆博物馆。
