QROT-045: Equally Parts Good and Bad News from the Court. Keep fighting.

As implied by the question from a sane Justice that I covered a few episodes ago, the unilateral dictate gets struck down. Why? Because how can it be an emergency only one person can act on if there's been multiple legislative sessions since, and multiple years?But on the other hand, it's the death knell for health freedom for health care workers.It's the strings, stupid.There's a hard lesson here, but how do we implement it? CAN we, or would the argument be rigged against an alternate stream of health care that doesn't take the strings?And.... no time like now to merely relax for a half a day and drink some wine, but keep on pushing. We lost one battle today, but we definitely won one. The Supreme Court stood for the Constitution.
