QROT-054: Straight admission of GoF when it was banned. Other insights into how the demon and his ilk ignore law

I've mentioned the November 2015 article a lot. where they "engineered" and "built" a "chimeric" virus. It was de facto proof of gain of function after the October '14 moratorium. But here, removing all doubt, they admit in the article it is gain of function, using the very phrase. But they're just going to do it anyway. Presidential Moratorium? Shmezidential Smoratorium. Then we go to a great Mercola summary article to show that such "we'll do want we want" activities are actually a pattern. As concluded by a molecular biologist and biodefense expert who reviewed 900 pages released due to a FOIA request.Long-term listeners have concluded the little demon, Fearci, is a world-level criminal who cares nothing about the law or ethics, or any other limitations on his power. And this backs that conclusion up.  =================================================Thanks for listening!
