Qualifying for the Purple Heart

Many service members do not receive the Purple Heart while in service. As they or family members look back years later, they often attempt to receive the Purple Heart. Nurse and veteran Carol Ann Fausone, a veterans advocate, discusses the regulations and requirements to qualify for the Purple Heart.
