Quality Is Subjective So Stop Hiding Behind It As A Way of Not Putting Out Creative Work
from A Phil Svitek Podcast - A Series From Your 360 Creative Coach · host Phil Svitek
Too often from my experience, artists don't release their work, or worse don't pursue a creative project because they feel it "lacks quality". Based on what? Quality is subjective. And you don't get better by not letting the public see what you've made. I'm not giving you a license to make garbage, but if in your heart of hearts you create something you enjoy and can stand behind, then release it and move onto the next thing. That's how the successful artists you look up to became successful. Talent must be showcased, not bottled up! This is what I explore in this episode. After listening, please feel free to ask questions or offer opinions of your own, whether down in the comment section or by hitting me up on social media @PhilSvitek.
