Quality Over Quantity When Building Your Community

I was recently inspired after listening to an episode of Natalie Ellis’s The Bossbabe Podcast, all about how your network is NOT your net worth, as we so often hear said in the entrepreneurial world. As a business owner who is mostly introverted, it was refreshing to hear the difference between your network and your community. Both are equally important, but I have personally found more value in creating deeper connections while building my community. I share my intentions and what I crave most when putting myself out there while attending networking events and masterminds, vs what other people might be looking for. At the end of the day, you have to navigate what feels the best for you, while also remaining true to yourself! So grateful for all of you here and that we get to share in these episodes together!
