Qualls and Klobuchar favored by local parties

Local Republican Party supporters chose Kendall Qualls and local Democratic-Farmer-Labor (DFL) Party supporters chose Sen. Amy Klobuchar on gubernatorial preference ballots at their respective precinct caucuses Tuesday evening, Feb. 3 in Pipestone. Nineteen DFL Party members met at Minnesota West Community & Technical College and about 90 Republicans met in the Pipestone Area Elementary School gymnasium.
