Quantum Net

from Keep The Magick High! · host Tom Vrilock

# Quantum Hybrid Machines of the FutureToday, we shall examine two domains that seldom share a table: the mechanics of psionics—specifically the proposition that consciousness modulates information—and the structural reality of quantum computing. What is meant by this? Consider the psionicist's consciousness as a rheostat for perception. Consciousness does not merely receive information; it actively regulates the intensity, quality, and flow of that information through the mind. The distinction lies between being subjected to a flood of raw sensory data and experiencing a coherent, meaningful interpretation of reality. This position finds support in theories of consciousness which posit that awareness is not a passive receptor but an active participant in the processing and comprehension of information.I am aware that this remains a matter of scientific debate. I was coming to that.**Classic computation versus quantum gates** — a debate that consumes computing futurists and internet architects alike. Yet a more interesting question remains unasked: to what degree might this emerging network architecture prove malleable in the hands of a properly talented operator?Let us examine the available data.First, classical computers. Binary bits—ones and zeros. Hard, rigid logic. Attempting to exert psychical influence on a classical CPU requires overcoming substantial physical, logical, and electromagnetic barriers. One might as well attempt to bend structural steel with a gentle breeze.Quantum systems, however, present a different proposition. They operate through quantum gates—Hadamard, CNOT, and their kin—manipulating qubits in states of superposition and entanglement. Rather than outputting a determinate 1 or 0, a quantum gate induces a probabilistic state transition. It maintains multiple possibilities in suspension until the moment of measurement—what physicists term wavefunction collapse. The implications for psionic influence are straightforward: if dowsing or operator intent functions by biasing probabilities, a quantum gate environment is exponentially more plastic than a silicon substrate. One is not attempting to coerce a mechanical circuit into inversion. One is merely applying slight pressure to a fluid probability distribution prior to collapse. If one accepts the premise that the universe functions as an informational substrate, then modern computing is not merely processing numerical data—it is actively shaping that substrate. As we transition from the era of rigid silicon to quantum-classical hybrid architectures, the notion of "remote influence" ceases to be the province of fringe science fiction and enters the domain of testable field theory. As technology progresses from forcing electrical current through rigid silicon channels to manipulating coherent probability states, the machine inevitably converges upon the operational principles of psionics. We are no longer constructing accelerated abaci. We are fabricating finely calibrated, highly sensitive informational diaphragms.Consider the implications. I shall leave the matter there.Train quickly from beginner to intermediate level operator in the Vrilock Psionics Club.
