O governo Lula lançou em agosto o novo PAC, o Programa de Aceleração do Crescimento que se tornou marca das gestões petistas anteriores.  Mas, dessa vez, além de focar em programas sociais e de infraestrutura, os investimentos também têm o objetivo de facilitar a transição ecológica da economia. Mas quão verde é, de fato, o PAC?Marta Salomon, especialista sênior do Instituto Talanoa, se debruçou sobre os planos do governo. No eixo chamado "transição e segurança energética", 60% dos recursos serão destinados ao setor de óleo e gás - o valor é 13 vezes maior do que os investimentos previstos para combustíveis de baixo carbono.Ao mesmo tempo, o PAC prevê aportes para a prevenção de catástrofes naturais, para a geração de energia renovável e a regulamentação de atividades relacionadas ao hidrogênio verde.
