Quarantined and Taking my Meds

Well, one would think that my decreased work load and restrictions keeping me from getting too far out of my comfort zone would make it easy to get off my stimulant medications. Think again 🤦🏼‍♀️😄. On a positive note, I’m down to less than 40% of the dosage I was taking before starting this podcast, have been super productive and motivated, and have been able to avoid to temptation to taper back up on an off day. 👍🏻.
