Queer TV's Cancel Era

Send us Fan MailWelcome to Episode 141!   Many LGBTQ scripted series' are getting their cancellation notices with LGBTQ+ actors receiving their pink slips, some after just one season!   With TV supposedly in it's golden era, it seems many Queer TV series seem to be in their cancellation era.  In this week's Mid-Section Mark & Casey are diving into the the GLAAD's recently released Where We Are on TV report tallying LGBTQ+ representation on scripted series in 2022-2023.  How many LGBTQ characters are currently on our televisions? Which series have been cancelled?  How many on broadcast TV? Streaming? Cable?  What did the report show us?
