Dans l'univers de plus en plus complexe de la location de courte durée, choisir le bon outil peut faire toute la différence. Aujourd'hui, pour moi, il existe 3 channels manager : Beds24, Smoobu et SuperHost avec pour chacun ses forces et ses faiblesses. Airbnb, par exemple, intègre maintenant son propre channel manager. Est-ce un choix judicieux pour vous ? Eh bien, cela dépend. Si vous ne louez que sur une seule plateforme, ce n'est peut-être pas nécessaire. Mais si vous jonglez avec plusieurs plateformes, cela pourrait vous aider à éviter le surbooking et à maximiser vos revenus.
