Question 3 is a Progressive's Dream! NO!

You’re hearing a lot of talk about Question 3 - how opening up the primary system would be fair to independents.  But regardless of how fair the supporters want to frame this question, it would not just open our elections, it would radically transform our elections into something that would be a socialist nightmare.  Ranked Choice Voting, hidden in Question 3, is a nightmare that favors incumbents and puts any challenger at a massive disadvantage.  If Question 3 prevails  the top four vote-getters to advance to the general election, regardless of party affiliation.  That means Conservatives, in a state dominated by extremist liberals in Clark and Washoe County, could never win statewide office again.  Vote NO on Question 3.
