For example, when we apply mechanical laws to create an internal combustion engine, we are still subject to chemical laws, environmental laws, and the law of karma. Cars may be mass-produced and widely available, but only those who can afford them – essentially sufficient “blessing” or fortune – can own them. Even then, how one uses the car wisely to avoid squandering that fortune and diminishing blessing is another matter altogether.Similarly, robots may become ubiquitous in human life, but the key question is how they are used. If deployed wisely, robots can bring immense benefits to society. However, if misused for unethical purposes, they could exacerbate human suffering and create more significant challenges for society.Sometimes, when humans achieve remarkable success by discovering and applyingthese laws of nature, they become overly excited and hastily proclaim that they are “replacing the Creator’s role”.
