Question 7 - Voter ID - is a Definitive YES!
from KELY 1230AM/98.5 FM News and Commentary · host Wyatt Cox
Nevada Question Seven is a no-brainer. It requires photo identification to verify their identity when voting in-person or to provide certain personal information to verify their identity when voting by mail ballot. Voters who vote in-person at a polling place would need to show an ID that is current or that hasnot been expired for more than four years. If a voter is more than 70 years old, the identificationcould be expired for any length of time so long as it is otherwise valid. Voters who vote by mail ballot would need to include certain information so that election officials can use it to verify the voter’s identity. If it passes, it would need to be voted on and passed again in 2026 to become a part of the constitution.
