Questioning everybody’s opinion

In today’s world everybody seems to be an expert. I read a quote from Naudi Aguilar Who is the founder of functional patterns. Check them out on Instagram YouTube and Facebook. The quote was that everybody has an opinion on health but what is health. That’s the question I asked. I realized nobody knows And that everybody seems to speak with they only believe in a lot of opinions never get questioned because they come from people with power and very high titles. When we start to question their thoughts and what they say then we become a society that will learn experience and grow. Then we will decide who we should truly listen to and who is your truly not.
