Tom Sandoval’s demurrer was denied in the first cause of action as it pertains to eavesdropping and the third cause of action as it relates to the invasion of privacy. A demurrer was granted with the 4th cause of action for the IIED and Rachel Leviss has 20 days to amend the complaint. A decision hasn’t been made with Ariana Madix’s Anti-SLAPP.
