There are new developments in the Scandoval lawsuit, as Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix respond. Tom states that Rachel Leviss sent the video to him, and Ariana states that she never shared the video with anyone but Rachel. Rachel's lawyers said they would move forward with the lawsuit and that Tom and Ariana lied, and they have proof. A lot happened in week 2 of the Karen Read trial. The story starts to unfold as the civilian witness takes the stand.
