from The Emily Show · host Baker Media, LLC.
Stay up to date with all the cases on the Law Nerd App at https://lawnerdapp.com! Available now on iOS and Android. The Petito v. Laundrie civil case is set for a spring 2024 trial, but there is a lot of litigation to go before then. In recent litigation, we learned that Brian Laundrie called his parents ‘frantic,’ saying Gabby was ‘gone’ and that he needed a lawyer. With the help of Attorney Steven Bertilino, they hired a criminal defense attorney in Wyoming. They are also seeking to compel further deposition of Bertilino, hoping the Judge will order him to disclose the contents of conversations with Brian Laundrie, which Bertilion asserts are protected by attorney-client privilege. In the Emily Show Podcast, I discuss the Young Thug trial wildness and the RICO charges against him. This trial has already been wild and with over six months of trial expected, I am sure there will be more ahead.
