Quick Tip Tuesday - Change your toothbrush (and ditch your flouride toothpaste)

from Today’s Gut Health Tip · host Melissa Hall Klepacki, M.Ac.

Today for a quick wellness hit - check out your toothbrush.  Is it time for an upgrade or a change?  I love my electric toothbrush because my teeth feel super clean after using it as compared to a regular manual toothbrush.  Make sure yours has a soft head and the bristles are in good shape.  Wonky bristles means its time for a new one. Also, please spend a few minutes today googling "Why is Flouride bad for you" or check out this article from Dr. Axe who I read alot: https://draxe.com/health/detox/is-fluoride-bad-for-you/ All of his articles are backed by research and really well written.  Check him out for sure. The idea that our government would let things into consumer products that are not only bad for you but can actually poison you is not just an idea - it is the sad truth.  Flouride is classified as a neurotoxin.  That means it is poisonous to the brain.   It's up to us to protect ourselves.  To really take a good look at what we eat and drink, what we use on and in our bodies. As always, my list of curated products that I love, have done the research on and trust is over on my website here: www.theguudcompany.com/shop  Flouride free toothpastes available at places like Amazon, WholeFoods, health food stores and even at places like Marshall's and TJ Maxx.
