Quiet Please - Thirteen and Eight

:Someone is trying to jump out of a window and that scene triggers a crowd of photographers. While taking the pictures, a person seems to be always getting in the way of a photographer which makes him yell "13 and 8" to warn all the photographers around to be on their guard for that person. But that photographer can't prove the existence of that person because he doesn't show up on his photos. This is a typical "the boy who cried wolf" story, but with a twist of horror.
