If you haven’t noticed, all around the country people have become fed up with this “Go Above & Beyond” talk we’ve been fed and are starting to draw boundaries at work for what they will an will not do. We’re talking about Extra Work. You know, forced overtime, taking calls off the clock, doing work above your pay rate w/o compensation. Stuff like that. Nicky Trendz recalls her stories of Quiet Quitting and how she made sure to stay outta sight till she was needed. Or at least, till she thinks she’s needed.
