Quinton Byfield Disrespected, Kirill's Back Baby!, Tracking The Off-season Hockey Card Dip, Mt. Rushmore of Defensemen, Black Diamond Incoming & Personal Pickups

Send us Fan Mail This week on the Hockey Cards Gongshow Podcast Josh & Troy start by reviewing an article published in The Athletic by Scott Wheeler that ranks the Top 50 NHL prospects under 23 years old. Once again, Shane Wright is passed on for other top prospects, and oh my, you won't believe where one of 2021's top hockey card rookie's landed, Quinton Byfield (3:52). The boys review their current social media series and data analysis with the goal of finding specific information about the hockey card market dip that is believed to occur each off-season (22:41). Next, Josh covers a bunch of hobby news, including a review of The National, Kirill is back baby!, and is Beckett updating its holder? (35:27). The great hockey card Mt. Rushmore debate continues with this week the focus on defensemen. (51:11). There's actually (maybe) a new release to talk about this week as it appears that 2021-22 Upper Deck Black Diamond is imminent (1:25:45). Finally, the boys end the show with personal pickups (1:33:00).
