I've come to understand in the past week that not everyone cares about my hopes and dreams, even when it would be super easy to help me make them happen...And instead of asking people who don't really care about my complimentary skillset and just want me for a singular purpose, I need to start asking people who can help and who want to help, even if that person is just little old me.
