I liked your delivery (it sounded like you were talking) but you did somewhat learn me. Every point should be explaining how having a mentor is beneficial. I appreciated the transparency of your previous mentors and was looking for your own personal stories on how you had grown using a mentor. I would update your sound quality and tighten up your content a little and you'll be right on track.
