Quit the Clown Show NOW!

Well, with the White Pine County Commission rolling into another meeting on Wednesday, it’s time to look at what they stand for.  See, they want to cut expenses and salaries to the bone, but refuse to take reductions to their own salaries.  Sort of Do as I say, not as I do.  So to our fine County employees, I have a suggested course of action.  First, polish up your resumes.  Second, begin the job search now.  Third - follow your responsibilities to the letter, don’t do a single thing extra…quiet quitting as they say, Then, find another job.  Honestly, your service is appreciated by a lot of us, but this commission doesn’t appreciate a damned thing you do. Think of it as quitting this commission, not us.  Those behind the scenes who manipulate this commission - those Good Old Boys - will find it hard to get their demands obeyed if there’s no one to carry them out.  Remember, folks, you voted for this debacle.  Bring your popcorn.
