‘R U OK?’: Ways to reduce stress and available mental health services in Australia - ‘आर यु ओके?’: तनाव कम गर्ने उपाय र अस्ट्रेलियामा उपलब्ध सेवाहरू

SBS Nepali spoke to Melbourne-based psychiatrist Anupam Pokharel about ways to manage stress and the types of services available in Australia this R U OK day, as many members of the Nepali community continue to speak about their difficulty in dealing with recent developments in their homeland and the impact it is having on them.
