He claims MR already exists within the Church in England and Wales. In almost the next line he says incidents are 'expected' to be reported. Danny Sullivan also claimed the Church had MR in 2013. It's doesn't - you are being sold a counterfeit and the Sunday programme permitted it to pass. To have MR you need statutory legislation - nothing less. In England and Wales no such legislation exists.
