Rabbit Holes. Deep Rabbit Holes...

After a very busy  Independence Day week, the boys are back. Rod's daughter got married. The President's speech has generated a  flurry of responses from both sides, but one, in particular, had Dave chasing it down a very, very, very, weird rabbit hole. We have actually reached the point where a porn star's swimsuit is a bigger political storm than the actual politicians. Meanwhile, it's still true that it isn't "what" is said, but rather  "who" says it." We forgot to award the Patrick Krebbs Memorial Listener of the Week award last week, so we make up for it with two weeks' worth of the award. The Beer of the Week is a delicious Ale offering from the breakfast table. And Dave is doing some research on the election of 1876, how it led to many of the problems we are having today. But... he found his way down yet another rabbit hole of a German-language professor who murdered his wife in 1906...
