Weâ??ll look at a report on the Justice Reinvestment Initiative (JRI), which is a public-private partnership between the Department of Justice, PEW Charitable Trusts, and the Council of State Governments (CSG). Do these leading organizations and coalitions see the connection to slavery and race as a major part of the problem?
