Race photography, phlebotomy, and the dominance of Focaccia

Sarah is still in Spain, but instead of lining up for her own race this week, she was busy chasing Alex Roszko up and down mountains (on foot, no less) trying to get the perfect shot of Dylan during his enduro race. Hannah is gearing up for a trip to Albuquerque but was, unfortunately, home long enough to have a toe-curlingly awkward conversation with her doctor while getting her blood drawn. The sisters sat down to hash out their weeks, discuss the latest world championships in cycling, and do their best to properly identify one of the most common terms in the sport.
