I recorded this song sometime after January 1981 when I began working at Faith Chapel Radio Recording Studio in Berwyn, Illinois (yes, Svengoolie's Berwyn). I wrote it, sang it and played piano. The studio had at least two quarter inch reel-to-reel recorders. I used them to bounce a multitrack recording that had me backing myself on lead vocal. When I mixed the recording down to stereo I played with the echo speed, that was fun! I also applied noise reduction years later and originally released this song on Jango Radio in 2009. A version of this tune eventually ended up in my CD "Mostly Acoustic" available here: https://on.soundcloud.com/UssrPNYRW7yURbou5.
