Super cool if you haven’t looked into it.   Breast health - and the lymphatic system and it is important to message and check often.   Oil pulling- technically an ancient Ayurvedic practice, I use coconut oil and it is a wonderful thing in life.   Netra Basti - This is where the eye  has a dough volcano around it and then melted ghee poured into one eye at a time and then it is massaged in this warm oil.   Psychedelics and how one day Chicheck might get into connecting people with that. We both like MAPS with their research. Rae talks about this study that gave Rats a super amazing environment and they choice to not get all addicted to heroine.
