Rachel Shane has build an incredibly inspiring career. In turn, her mission is to continue to produce inspiring and diverse projects. She currently oversees all aspects of feature film and television development and production for Madison Wells. Rachel's tenure at Madison Wells began as President of Production at OddLot Entertainment (aka MW), which produced and financed high-profile indie films including one of my all time favorite films, THE WAY WAY BACK starring Steve Carell, DRIVE starring Ryan Gosling, and Jon Stewart's directorial debut, ROSEWATER. Prior to Madison Wells, Shane served as Executive Vice President of Production at Doug Wick and Lucy Fisher's Red Wagon Entertainment.
