In a ruling from the Supreme Court Shadow Docket on Monday, the court, without explanation, allowed ICE to move forward with racially profiling individuals in LA and, presumably, in raids around the country. Brett Kavanaugh issued a concurring opinion that laid bare his complete disdain for reality or the truth. And the court seems unlikely to let up on this problematic shadow docket work any time soon.
