Recently, a few African American administrators or soon to be  administrators left or declined job offers with the County of Sonoma as a  result of the racist experiences. While many individuals like to  believe that this county is a progressive one, it is in-fact a very  conservative one. Susan Gorin who heads the Board of Supervisors appears  to not know or ignore the problems taking place in the county. Santa  Rosa Junior College continues to have similar issues of racism and  discrimination in hiring. #sonomacounty #SCBOS  #sonomacountyboardofsupervisors #SRJC
