Marisa interviewed Soo-lin Quec, Executive Manager of research Advocacy and  service development, from Centre for Multicultural Youth,      about the demonisation of African Sudanese youth.  The recent research report "Don't drag me into this'  Growinng up South Sudanese in Victoria  after the 2016 Moomba 'riot" was discussed.  Some of the key findings and recomendations were highlighted, and sumarised. Marisa also interviewed Abe, an activist from Jewish Background about an event coming up on 7 december, about "Remembering William Cooper". The Jiwish Democratic Society is organising this event. The interview discussed the following:  While world leadership watched in silent disbelief to the events of Kristallnacht, Uncle William Cooper, the Secretary of the Australian Aborigines' League and an elder of the Yorta Yorta, led the only known private protest against the Nazi regime. Abe discussed the background to William Cooper, and advertised the upcoming March, starting from: 73 Southampton St, Footscray VIC 3011, Australia. It was also discussed that the event will reach through to Flagstaff Gardens in the city.    Lastly, Marisa Interviewed Brett Collins from Justice Action about a possible bill that will be debated in Parliament, which would block mental health patients' reconciliation. It was discussed about Secret Victim Impact Statements (VIS) as proposed in the law before Parliament which  would deny the victim and mentally ill offender involvement in restorative justice.
