“Radiant Faith: Building Blocks for Spiritual Growth” Week 3: **"Evangelism and Discipleship: Sharing and Growing Together"** - Big Concept: Embracing the call to share the Gospel and disciple others.   Working Defintions: Evangelism- is sharing the good news about Jesus Christ with others. It's like spreading the word about something amazing you've discovered, but in this case, it's about the love, forgiveness, and salvation that Jesus offers to everyone. So, evangelism involves talking to people about Jesus, showing them His love through your actions, and inviting them to experience a relationship with Him for themselves. Discipleship- is like being a student or apprentice of Jesus. It's about learning from Him, following His teachings, and growing to become more like Him in how you think, act, and love others. So, discipleship involves not just believing in Jesus, but also actively seeking to live out His teachings and example in your everyday life. It's a journey of learning, growing, and becoming more deeply connected to Jesus and His ways. - Main Passage: Matthew 28:16-20 (The Great Commission) 16 Now the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain to which Jesus had directed them. 17 And when they saw him they worshiped him, but some doubted. 18 And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”   Four Keys from Scripture to make HEALTHY, FAITHFUL and MULTIPLYING disciples: 1. Go  (urgency, immediacy, life-changing) 2. Make Disciples (who will make disciples) 3. Baptizing Disciples (as believers) 4. Teaching Disciples (to make disciples)
