He teaches people how to work with difficulties such as pain – whether physical, mental or emotional – illness and stress. Here he explores how we can make real, even radical, changes to how we live through waking up to life – right here, right now – with awareness. By using mindfulness and positive emotion we can let go of the things we really don’t need, including fixed views, so we can experience a greater degree of liberation and freedom.
