Radical Reflection Challenge - Introduction

Hi everyone. The Leadership Today podcast is going to be a little different over the next week. We are going to be undertaking what I have called the Radical Reflection Five Day Challenge. I believe most leaders are suffering from what I call reflection deficit, so this challenge aims to tackle that head on.  The challenge is running live from 22nd to 26th February 2021 at Leadership Today On-Demand, which is our video-based subscription service.
