Roll out the barrel and sit down, or have a long list of chores ready to do while you listen, it's a long one this week. First of all we catch up with Al Carragher, owner of Melbourne's Great Northern Hotel.  Al discusses the journey that has the Great Northern has been on from standard suburban pub with strong mainstream allegiance to suburban craft beer temple. He offers some tips to publicans wanting to get into craft beer as well as touches on the thorny issue of craft beer quality…which he thinks may be the biggest issue facing craft beer at the moment. We talk tap contracts and Al's plans for a WA craft beer takeover for Good Beer Week 2012. Then we chat with Sam and Stu from New Zealand's Yeastie Boys and discuss all things Yeastie, as well as contract brewing, Stu's pays and, of course, Rex Attitude.
