Radio Brews News goes straight to the top of the hops…or at least the top of Hop Products Australia, speaking with Managing Director Tim Lord. In the intro, Pete and Matt have a little chat about the SABMiller takeover of Fosters then Tim tells us about what’s happening in the world of hops including the gradual decline of high alpha hops, what they’ve got lined up for us in the flavour and aroma hop department, how they test hops and has a little go at debunking the notion of hop terrior. The winner of the “Matt lost the Brendan Varis Episode” was Mark Dodd from Queensland.  A four pack of Feral Hop Hog will be hand delivered shortly.
