Charlie James: All right, welcome to the program on your Friday afternoon as everybody is getting ready for the weekend. That's going to be a good, good, good, good, good thing. Well, we are in day two of jury deliberations in the Lindsay Clancy trial. That is the mother who killed her three children, strangled them with an rubber exercise band. And now we're trying to find out if she's going to be set free, if she's going to go to jail, if she's going to be found not guilty by reason of insanity. We'll see what happens with that. But this has just been an absolutely horrible situation. And the amount of people that are out there that are pro-Lindsay Clancy—I've even had people on the text line here when we've talked about it over the past couple of days, they're like, "Oh, you're over your skis on this." No, I'm not. I'm really not. You would not find—I mean, we have all these people that are out there supporting her. They're wearing their pink. You got women over on Instagram, what are they called, the "toxic rage moms"? They're showing videos of just literally how much they hate their children. I mean, this is a big deal now. This is—if you don't believe me, go look on TikTok. Look up "toxic rage mom" or "toxic mom rage" or however they put it. I mean, there's hundreds of videos. It's kind of like the new cool thing to hate your children. One mom put a—literally, she put a Starbucks coffee cup in the middle of the playroom, and then her kid knocked it over, and she was talking about how horrible it is to be a mom. Let me tell you something. If there was a guy out there, if this had happened and the father had done it, you would be hard-pressed to find too many men in this country that came to his support. You certainly wouldn't see men talking about how horrible their children are, right? So, we'll keep an eye on that verdict, and we'll let you know when that comes down. Maybe it'll come down today. It was an awful day on I-85 this morning. Two people are dead after a wrong-way crash on I-85 in Spartanburg County. Duncan Fire Department said they were called about 3:25 for two separate crashes: one at mile marker 61, another at mile marker 63, that's a Highway 290 exit. Troopers said there were two crashes; one was a minor crash, and two people died in the second crash. The second crash involved a 2015 Hyundai and a 2023 Hyundai, according to the troopers. The 2015 Hyundai was driving north in the southbound lane and hit the 2023 Hyundai, and both drivers died in that accident. Had traffic tied up for a long, long time this morning. And then, now we'll switch over to I-385. When you go to the Stone Avenue exit, that is closed down because they got a sinkhole there. Good gracious. Wait a minute. Didn't we pay a whole bunch of money to get all this stuff fixed? Yeah, okay. There you go. I was driving down the road today, I was going out and I was coming back home, and I was just sitting there, and just the whole car was just like bump-bump-bump-bump-bump-bump-bump-bump. And I thought, man, I am so happy, so happy that I pay all of that extra money in gas taxes, and our roads still aren't fixed. That just—that makes me very excited. All right, let's go to Dr. Barbara in Greenville. Dr. Barbara, how are you? Dr. Barbara: I'm fine. I want to clarify what the insanity defense means, in case it hasn't been done. I have a doctorate in clinical psychology. It is not a medical term. It is a legal term, and it means you're not knowing right from wrong. So postpartum depression does not qualify. Charlie James: But wait, so Doc, they've got this thing—they're not calling this postpartum depression. They're calling this postpartum psychosis. Tell us a little bit about that. Dr. Barbara: Well, psychosis means that you're out of touch with reality. The typical one would be schizophrenia, where you hear voices and they maybe tell you to do things.
