Started talking about Friday's notification of HR 4350 which, amoung other things, places the National Guard as well as Pentagon under DIRECT CONTROL of the President no longer with Congressional Oversight. Our new student Tim checked in for the 1st time from Arizona. Good to meet Tim. Joe from New Jersey checked in with comments on the stars as well as numbers referrenced on passport cards. Jamie in Colorado asked about passport application which got us into a more in depth conversation.
