Radio Ranch with Roger Sayles LIVE 121025 , From Florida’s Governor Race to $60 Silver: A Candid Tour of Politics, Money, and Freedom

In today’s spirited Wednesday edition of the Radio Ranch, I open with reflections on the holiday season’s financial anxiety and quickly pivot to a standout political newcomer: James Fishback, a 30-year-old businessman and fourth-generation Floridian running to succeed Ron DeSantis as Florida’s next Republican governor. We play his full campaign announcement and discuss his platform—ending the H-1B “scam,” blocking institutional and foreign bulk home purchases, opposing AI data centers that raise power costs, and eliminating property taxes for Florida residents—while contrasting him with Rep. Byron Donalds. The conversation widens into listener Q&A on silver’s surge past $61, practical metals ownership tips (including junk silver and reputable dealers), and first-hand experiences with international banking, moving precious metals, and private vaulting in Uruguay. We also touch on community call-in dynamics, staying focused under disruption, and practical advice for handling bureaucratic matters like stepping off the IRS rolls. We close with on-the-ground comparisons of healthcare costs and access in Latin America, where private care and direct-pay models frequently deliver humane treatment at a fraction of U.S. prices. Resources and mentions (non-sponsored): Fishback’s campaign video and site (search “James Fishback Florida governor 2026”), Harrison Smith’s third-hour interview segment featuring Fishback, reputable precious metals dealers (e.g., Miles Franklin, Liberty Coin in Orange County/Hermosa Beach), practical tips for storing metals (private vaults like Verlix in Montevideo), and community guidance for navigating taxes, Medicare/FICA basics, and expat healthcare options.
