Radio Show #117 -- Xaad kil and Lingit

This week on "Gunalchéesh!", we feature the Haida and Tlingit languages.  We hear the Killer Whale Man story presented in Xaad kil (Haida language) by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation.  We hear Dr. Jordan Lachler read Haida and a conversation in Tlingit between Ruth Demmert and Nora Dauenauer.  In between segments, we'll hear 2 songs by Pamyua (Yupik) as well as songs by Dave Nelson III (Ts'msyen), Guujaaw (Haida), the Patkotak Sisters (Inupiaq), and Robert Davidson (Haida).  Hosted by  K'yuuhlgáansii (kyooth-GAWN-see,  "Place of One's  Own", Haida) on Lingit  Aani (Tlingit land) at KCAW Sitka in Sitka, Alaska.
