RadioBypass Chat with Marc Ferrari (Keel, Cold Sweat)

from RadioBypass Podcast · host Ralph Rasmussen

Guitarist Marc Ferrari moved to Los Angeles 40 years ago and quickly became a member of the band Keel, who released their debut album in 1984. After leaving Keel, Marc founded the band Cold Sweat. Cold Sweat released their debut album, Break Out, in 1990. That was the only album, until now! Cold Sweat have just released a new album, Unburied Alive. This album consists of 4 unreleased studio tracks, several live tracks from Cold Sweat's reunion in 2020, and a live medley from the tour they did back in 1990 in support of the debut record. The album is fantastic! Marc joins us to fill us in on how this all came together, and we feature two of the studio tracks, plus Marc picks out a song from the debut. We discuss his entire career from the beginning of his playing career on up to today. We touch on the excellent book that he wrote as well. Marc has had a very interesting music career! Join our conversation and listen to some Rock and Roll music that DESERVES to be heard!
